
How to Make Delicious Cheesecake!
Ingredients:
- 16oz. of cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. of lemon
- 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
- Graham crackers (amount can vary depending on if you like thick or thin crust)
- 9" round foil pan
Steps:
- Put graham crackers into a ziploc bag and crush until crumbs are in desired pieces then place the crushed graham crackers into a bowl
- Melt the butter in saucepan in low heat
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Add melted butter into the crushed graham cracker bowl and stir until evenly mixed
- Mesh your graham cracker mix into the 9" round foil pan and flatten out the top
- Place the pan into the oven and bake the crust for 10-12 minutes
- After baking, let the pan cool and place into the freezer for 10 minutes
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, freshly squeezed lemon in a bowl. Then add 1 egg at a time. I use one egg for every 8 ounces of cream cheese.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled down graham cracker crust
- Set oven temperature to 200°F
- Bake the cake for 45-60 minutes
- Once finished, remove the pan carefully and let rest for 10-20 minutes before putting in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
