How to Make Delicious Cheesecake!


  1. 16oz. of cream cheese
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 stick of unsalted butter
  5. 1 tbsp. of lemon
  6. 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  7. Graham crackers (amount can vary depending on if you like thick or thin crust)
  8. 9" round foil pan


  1. Put graham crackers into a ziploc bag and crush until crumbs are in desired pieces then place the crushed graham crackers into a bowl
  2. Melt the butter in saucepan in low heat
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F
  4. Add melted butter into the crushed graham cracker bowl and stir until evenly mixed
  5. Mesh your graham cracker mix into the 9" round foil pan and flatten out the top
  6. Place the pan into the oven and bake the crust for 10-12 minutes
  7. After baking, let the pan cool and place into the freezer for 10 minutes
  8. Mix  cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, freshly squeezed lemon in a bowl. Then add 1 egg at a time. I use one egg for every 8 ounces of cream cheese.
  9. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled down graham cracker crust
  10. Set oven temperature to 200°F
  11. Bake the cake for 45-60 minutes
  12. Once finished, remove the pan carefully and let rest for 10-20 minutes before putting in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
